X-th Anniversary International Scientific Conference «Solid State Chemistry: Nanomaterials and Nanotechnologies»

The Ministry for Education and Science of the Russian Federation, State Corporation «Rosnanotechnology», Nanotechnology Society of Russia, Southern Scientific Center of Russian Academy of Science (RAS), Russian Academy of Natural Sciences Department of Radio Electronics, Nanophysics and Information Technology, the North-Caucasus State Technical University (NCSTU) invite you to participate in the X-th Anniversary International Scientific Conference «Solid State Chemistry: Nanomaterials and Nanotechnologies» to be held from 17 up to 22 of October, 2010 in Stavropol.

The scientific programme of the conference includes the presentations of the leading researchers in the field of nanotechnologies and nanomaterials. The highlight of the conference is to analyze and discuss the modern theoretical and applied scientific achievements and prospects of further development. We hope that the conference will not only promote the technological progress in the field of nanotechnologies and nanomaterials, but open the new prospects for developing sustainable cooperation between scientists and partner organizations.

The programme comprises a special section for young scientists and students «State-of-the-art challenges of nanotechnology» and thematic exhibition.

Call for abstracts 

Abstracts up to two pages (Russian or English) are submitted as Microsoft Word file (format *.doc or *.rtf) to mailing address konf@stv.runnet.ru. Times New Roman font in 13 pt and single line spacing should be used throughout the document. Top and bottom page margins should be set at 2,0 cm each, left and right page margin – at 2,5 cm.

The document should include the following information only in this order: abstract title, authors, affiliation (with generally accepted abbreviations), country, city, contact e-mail address, abstract main text. The abstract title should be in title case, bold and centered. The name of the presenting author should be underlined.

Each author may participate in no more than 2 abstracts. 

Unreasonable acronyms, names without explanations and references are not allowed in the text. Only one picture and one table are allowed.

Abstracts will be selected regarding: 1) relevance of work; 2) significance of results; 3) quality of the research; 4) correspondence with conference subject and technical requirements.
