Dushina Tatyana Viktorovna is a Candidate of Historical Sciences, Dr of Philosophy, Professor. She has been working at the University since 1994, first as a senior teacher, then as an associate professor, afterwards professor of the Department of History and Theory of State and Law. Later she became a head of the Department of State/Law disciplines and professor of the Department of Philosophy. At the moment she is the head of the Department of Philosophy NCSTU. During her work at the University Dushina Tatyana Viktorovna mastered and read 4 courses of lectures and taught them on a high theoretical and methodical level. 4 monographs, 20 tutorials and learning methodological manuals were written and published by Prof Dushina T.V. Tatyana Viktorovna always works on her professional development, participates in scientific seminars and conferences. More than 50 articles on History problems, Law and Authority philosophy, Pedagogics are published by Dushina T.V. Total amount of her works is 80 printed pages.
Since 1997 Dushina T.V. has been working as a director of the Institute of Rate Education (IRE) at the NCSTU. New learning programmes are developed at the Institute of Rate Education. Computer technologies are actively implemented and organization of practical placement is improved at the IRE. Dushina T.V. is a member of the Academic Council of the University, Head of the Doctor Dissertation Council in Philosophy and Social sciences.
In November 2001 Dushina Tatyana Viktorovna was awarded with the Certificate of Honour by Ministry of Education RF. In 2007 a title of “Honoured Educationalist of Higher Education” was conferred on her. Since November 2007 Dushina T.V. has been working as the Vice rector of part-time, distance and rate education and at the same time she is the Dean of the IRE, Faculty of part-time and rate education.
