Alla Vasilyevna was born in 1966, she has 2 higher educations. Great amount of the work done does not prevent her from taking serious interest in literature and classical music.

She takes an active part in the realization of federal programmes "Scientific, scientific-methodic, material and technical and information support of the education system ", "State support of regional scientific technical policy of higher education and its information potential development" and introduction of automated system of treasury-based budget execution in the territory of Stavropol region.

A.V. Berezovskaya coordinates scientific research work of North Caucasus higher education institutions in the area of education services market financial and economic development support. She is the author of such works as: "Enterprise – the object of management in the context of unstable economic environment "; "The classification of factors of enterprise unstable environment” and others.

A.V. Berezovskaya together with NCSTU scientists prepared and published methodic recommendations on regulation of the University organization management structure and optimization of financial flows management, which are now being used for retraining managers in Stavropol region.

The professional skills of A.V. Berezovskaya helped to work out the Concept and Programme of NCSTU development in 2000-2005.

A.V. Berezovskaya is the member of NCSTU Academic Board. She took part in international and scientific practical conferences in St. Petersburg State Technical University. She also participated in all-Russia conferences (Penza, 2002) and regional scientific practical conferences (Stavropol. NCSTU).

She is highly qualified specialist of the department of Logistics and transport management.
