Creative début 2010
Talented, Striking, Creative – exactly these epithets were pronounced towards all participants of the gala-concert devoted to the contest “Creative début” which took place in the assembly hall of NCSTU on the 9th of December. This concert has already been held six times and is justly considered to be one of the favorite activities among students and academics. It’s the reason why people come to the concert with their children and grandchildren or bring friends from other higher education institutions.
The amateur artists gladdened the eye of spectators once again: body art, vocal from pop songs to arias from famous operettas, different styles of dancing, playing all sorts of musical instruments. Students’ fantasy had no limits! It wasn’t easy to become a participant of the gala-concert. The strict jury had to from 300 participants of NCSTU and its four branches. As the result 80 participants became the winners of the contest and only 21 of them took part in the gala-concert.
Speaking to the audience, the vice-rector for academic work of NCSTU, Tsvirinko I.A. noticed that all participants earned special praise. Although they are the first and the second year students they were not afraid to make themselves known.
The best of the best received awards, gift certificates and souvenir stars, the symbol of the contest.
It is worth mentioning that a great preparatory work had been carried out by the centre of aesthetic education of NCSTU. It was they who made the contest a spectacular event in the university life.
